Kate Spade uses banknotes antifake technology?

I have been looking for a genine Kate Spade these day so would be very appreaciative if someone could tell me if these are fake or genuine.

The thing that gets me worry the most about this bag is the anti-fake feature claimed by the seller.I have spent days to check it out online and this feature isnt’ mentioned anywhere. I also checked out the Kate Spade counter the other day and such feature wasn’t seen on the back of the country of origin label.

I was told the line on the right of the QO64 says the word KATE SPADE. Like those you can find on banknotes! Kinda high tech to me.
